WHAT WE WILL DO:

  • Draft the Contract and send the paperwork to the Buyer’s Solicitors
  • Liaise with you and the Buyer’s Solicitors to agree a timescale for exchange of Contracts (the point at which the transaction becomes binding) and completion (the moving date when the keys are handed over)
  • If there is a mortgage to pay off, we will check the repayment figure with you prior to exchange of Contracts.
  • On completion, pay off your mortgage and transfer the balance of the proceeds of sale to you, and provide you with a Completion Statement setting out all of the figures

COSTS:

We will charge you a fixed fee when we are acting for you in your purchase.  The fee is based on the value of the property you are buying.  In addition to our fees, when you are buying a property there will also be search fees, Stamp Duty Land Tax (if applicable) and a Land Registry fee to register your ownership at the Land Registry.
