LUCY FUGGLE JOINS THE BPK LAKELAND TEAM
Solicitor Lucy Fuggle joins the firms Lakeland office and will specialise
in private client work such as Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of
Attorneys. Lucy will also undertake a variety of residential and commercial
matters and is looking forward to raising the profile of the firm
in West Cumbria. |

BPK's TARA PEARSON WINS "MISS CHARITY
2011"
Bell Park Kerridge's Tara Pearson, who is based in the firm's Lakeland
office, ran 7.5 miles and raised a total of £1,201.60 for
The Variety Club, in doing so she won the title of "Miss Charity
Cumbria 2011" and was voted "Miss Popularity Cumbria 2011"
in a public vote. In winning the two "Miss" titles Tara
has secured herself a place in the Miss England 2011 competition.

FARMERS QUESTION TIME
- HUGE SUCCESS
Bell Park Kerridge held a FREE question and answer session for Farmers,
at Brampton Golf Club on 13th April 2011, which was well attended.
Guests were given a free supper at the end of the event. During
the evening key issues Farmers face in relation to their farming business,
including Inheritance Tax planning, Farming Partnerships and Land
Registration were discussed. We also discussed the pros and cons of
gifting the farm to the children during the Farmer's lifetime. The
issues were dealt with by the professionals on the panel, being Duncan
Carter from Bell Park Kerridge, Robin Steel from C & D Property
Services and Helen Workman from Saint & Co Accountants. James
Bell chaired the event. The event will run again in 2012, so look
out for more details nearer the time.

Elizabeth started her training with Bell Park Kerridge in September
2006 working part time along with her studies. Elizabeth has qualified

undertakes a variety of residential and commercial property work with
