CONVEYANCING SECRETARY
Bell Park Kerridge are looking for a secretary to join our team in our conveyancing department.
Job Description
We are looking for a full-time secretary in our Kingstown office to assist with the growing demand for our services from all over the country. Our office hours are 09.00 until 16.30 Monday to Friday.
The role involves supporting our fee earners in their day-to-day tasks in providing services to clients. This will include using digital dictation system, communicating with other members of staff and clients and administration tasks.
A successful candidate will ideally have strong IT skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to assist with a busy workload to a high standard.
