  • Local & Drainage search – approx £171 (inc VAT) if purchasing property in Carlisle, other areas will be different
  • Land Registry searches – approx £10.00
  • Bank Transfer fee - £63.60 (inc. VAT)
  • Submission of Stamp Duty form – £72.00
  • Stamp Duty – Varies on price.
  • Anti Money-Laundering ID check – £18.00 (inc VAT) per person.
  • Help to Buy ISA service fee – £60.00 per ISA.
  • Land Registry fee – £100.00 or £230.00 for an unregistered property.
  • For a sale of the same price, Bell Park Kerridge fees would remain the same.

  • Land Registry Office Copy – £10.00 (approx)
  • Bank Transfer fee – £63.60 (inc. VAT)
  • Anti Money-Laundering ID Check – £18.00 (inc VAT) per person.
