Specialist areas: Residential property, land law
Anita started her legal career working at a law firm in Carlisle and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2001, having carried out all studies via the ITC Distance Learning Scheme.
She joined Bell Park Kerridge in 2019 and has since developed her career with us, becoming a Senior Associate Chartered Legal Executive in 2024.
Anita works within the residential property and conveyancing department, helping home movers buy and sell their houses across Carlisle and Cumbria. She is also a member of the CILEx Conveyancing Specialist Reference Group.
She also enjoys dealing with all types of land law and has a particular interest in unregistered titles.
Living in Carlisle with her husband, Anita enjoys her spare time with her family and friends and riding her horse, Mayo. Her other interests include sewing and baking.
