JAMES BELL, LL.B
MANAGING DIRECTOR AND DEPUTY DISTRICT JUDGE
Specialist areas: Litigation and disputes, septic tanks, agribusiness
James qualified as a Solicitor in 1985, meaning he has close to 40 years’ experience to offer BPK’s clients.
After joining Crutes in 1986, he became a partner in 1989 but left the firm in 2000 as one of three partners who formed Bell Park Kerridge. Since then, he’s been a Director of BPK and our managing director.
James specialises in litigation and dispute resolution for both businesses and individuals and has a proud track record of helping clients to get the outcome they want, of supporting them through the process and of resolving disputes quickly, effectively and amicably.
He also has broad expertise in dealing with the highly-specialised issues around septic tanks in domestic and commercial premises and considerable experience and knowledge of agricultural matters, as part of our agribusiness offering.
As well as being a solicitor, James also sits as a Deputy District Judge on the Northern Circuit.
In his spare time, he enjoys breeding pedigree Belted Galloway cattle on his farm and looking after his classic 1928 Calthorpe Ivory Motorcycle.
