How we work

We provide practical solutions along with clear, straightforward advice. We will always keep you fully informed of progress and options at each stage.

The members of our family law team are solicitors who listen and will handle your case with sensitivity and discretion. You will be treated with the respect, compassion and the professionalism you need and expect while we work to get you the best possible outcome so you can move on with the rest of your life.

Our aim is to help you through this difficult time in an efficient and cost effective way. At Bell Park Kerridge, we aim to protect your interests in a way that avoids acrimony and encourages a non-confrontational approach to resolving issues with your former partner.

When needed, we are also able to draw upon experience from our colleagues in other departments, including commercial, agricultural, property, employment and private client, giving you access to expert advice in all the areas of your life where you need it.

Progressing your case

Going to Court to resolve disputes about arrangements for your children and financial matters should be the last resort. However, if needed we will progress your case at Court to achieve the best possible outcome for you. We will explore all the options you have in order to reach agreement with your former partner. Our priority is to deliver a solution for the long-term benefit.

We offer an initial hour long appointment for advice on children, divorce and financial matters for a fixed fee of £200 plus VAT. This gives clients the opportunity to discuss any issues and decide how best to move forward.
