BPK SOLICITORS
COVERING CARLISLE AND CUMBRIA

You’ll have a dedicated member of our team to speak to when you need to – no call centres – and we’ll keep you informed as your sale or purchase proceeds.

With the latest technology on hand, we can make sure your transaction keeps moving forward when it should without delay so you get the keys to your new home or the money in the bank from selling your home – and often both – in a timely, effective manner. That way, you get to focus on the nicer things around your next move and on all the other items on your home move checklist.

And unlike some other providers, we’ll only ever act for one party in a transaction. Some providers act for both sides but we’ll never do that. It means you’ll have have our individual attention all the time – because that’s what you deserve.

Buying a home is one of the largest purchases anyone will make in their lifetime, so it is essential that it is done to the highest standard by a solicitor.

What it will cost

The last thing you need when you’re moving home is having to worry about how much everything else apart from actually buying or selling will cost you.

With us, you don’t need to worry. We’ll happily give you a fixed fee quotation which includes the cost of disbursements such as Land Registry fees, search fees (if required) and Stamp Duty. So that’s one less thing to worry about.

Quality matters

There are several different conveyancing service providers available to you when you move home. That can make it difficult to identify those who can ensure an efficient, professional level of service.

At Bell Park Kerridge, you’ll always get qualified, experience members of our team working with you on your sale and/or purchase.

The Law Society introduced the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) in 2010 to recognise high standards in the home-buying process. CQS improves efficiency with common, consistent standards and service levels and enables consumers to recognise practices that provide a quality residential conveyancing service.

We were delighted to secure CQS status when the scheme was launched in 2010 and we have maintained it every year since. It’s our guarantee to you of the high standards we consistently provide to our residential property clients and which we will make sure you receive too.

What to expect from us

  • When you contact us, we’ll explain clearly the steps in the process and what to expect from your solicitor at Bell Park Kerridge
